Singing improves your confidence:
By learning how to control your voice correctly, you will have more confidence when performing in front of friends or in public. Learning to sing some of your favourite songs and/or working on your own original material is satisfying, motivating and increases self esteem.

Singing is good for your health:
Learning correct vocal breathing techniques can also have a remarkable therapeutic effect. By improving breathing and posture we can reduce stress. Singing makes us happy...when we do things that make us happy, our brains release serotonin: the happy hormone!
